The City of Darien will receive sealed bids for the 2019 Roadside Ditch Regrading. The Scope of Services to be performed ubder the Contract Documents in genreal Documents in general consists of :

Base Bid

The base bid includes approximately 11,000 linear feet of ditch regarding. the base bid also removal and replacement of culverts, strom sewer structures and grading for the following:
     Project 1 - Elm Street - Clarendron Hills Road to Route 83
     Project 2 - Janet Avenue - Clarendon Hills Road to Route 83


Pending funding, the below alternate project(s) may be awarded to include approximately 11,000 linear fee of ditch regarding. The alternate will also require removal and replacement of culverts, strom sewer structures and grading for the following 

     Alternate 1 - 67th street - Clarendon Hills Road to Cass Ave
     Alternate 2 - Sawmill Creek - 74th Street to Janet Avenue 

The City of Darien shall be responsible for all materials: variuos pipea, structures, supplies and aggregate. Restoration for driveways, roadways and lanscaping is not inclusive of this contract.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 9:30am (local time) Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at the Darien City Hall. The bids will be reviewed and read aloud at the Darien City Hall to be held at 9:30am at 1702 Plainfield Road, Darien, Illinios.

Bidding documents are available for examination at the Darien City Hall, 1702 Plainfield Road, Darein, Illinios. Copies of the bidding documents are available for no charge.

The City will require Bidders to submit a Statement of Qualifications in Accordance with the Instructions To Bidders.

The City of Darien reserves the right to waive irregulation and to reject bids.
