The building permit fee for all new construction, additions, and alterations shall be based on the estimated cost of construction including all structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical interior finish and site preparation elements. The following table sets forth said fees:
*The City may from time to time, hire an independence inspector to make inspections which cannot be performed by the city staff. The cost of said inspections shall be paid by the builder.
Plan Review Fees
Based on the estimated population table, estimated amount of land required and $166,500 per acre of undeveloped land, per the Subdivision Regulations, as amended April 2, 2007.
All new plats of subdivision submitted after April 2, 2007, are subject to the above impact fees, for newly created residential lots.
