Due to the current COVID-19 situation, with cases rising across Illinois and in our region, the City of Darien will resume limited in-person meetings beginning next week. The next City Council meeting will be held on Monday, Aug. 17 at 7:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Aldermen will be attending via Zoom video conference. The public can attend meetings in person, but the meeting room will be limited to 10 members of the public at a time. All attendees will be required to follow physical distancing rules and wear a mask while in the building.
Residents may watch the meeting online on the City's YouTube channel. Please submit questions and comments via email to Mayor Marchese at email@example.com or City Administrator Bryon Vana at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of the meeting. Full details on updated participation guidelines will be available in the City Council agenda, which will be posted here.
