The Metropolitan Alliance of Police (M.A.P.) is the labor union representing patrol officers and sergeants employed by the Darien Police Department for collective bargaining and legal representation purposes. The Darien Police Department would like to remind residents and business owners that solicitations made on behalf of the Metropolitan Alliance of Police are, without exception, made by employees of professional fundraising enterprises and not Darien police officers or sergeants.
