The City of Darien is soliciting for competitive quotes for the various pressure pipe materials:
12-inch SDR 26 Pressure Pipe or PVC C-905 DR 25 W.M.
16-inch SDR 26 Pressure Pipe or PVC C-905 DR 25 W.M.
The attached proposed material summary sheet lists the materials and range of quantities based on a vendor submitted unit price. Prices shall include delivery, at various intervals. The City of Darien reserves the right to reduce, eliminate, or increase the specified material and/or quantity. The pricing shall be held in place from May 1, 2027 through April 30, 2028. The City will also be entertaining two optional extensions: May 1, 2028 through April 30, 2029 and May 1, 2029 through April 30, 2030. Quotes will be accepted until November 12, 2026 until the hour of 10:30 a.m. Quotes may be emailed to rkokkinis@darienil.gov followed by an original copy delivered to the City of Darien at 1702 Plainfield Road and clearly marked as SDR Culvert Materials, ATTN: Municipal Services.
The attached form must be used.
Any and all requests or addendums shall be made in writing to the attention of Municipal Services via email to dgombac@darienil.gov. All requests will be responded to within 48 hours to all bidders on file.
