The City of Darien will be widening the curb radii and repaving the intersection of Plainfield Road and Linden Avenue over the next several weeks, tentatively beginning June 19 through July 4, weather permitting.
Please be advised that multi-day road closures will be required at the Linden Avenue intersection to safely complete the work. Detour signs will be posted and maintained throughout the construction period to assist motorists.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we complete these roadway improvements. The project is intended to improve vehicle maneuverability and enhance the overall condition of the intersection.
